Staff:
Positives: Very clean (also the bed sheets!), hot shower (soap, towels and toilet paper in the room).
Negatives: Impersonal staff
Although we did not find it cheap when we arrived there, retrospectively good value for money, especially seeing the cleanliness of the place and the hot shower.
Staff is professional and absolutely hassle-free but certainly very impersonal. The facilities are excellent, with a fully equipped travel desk, internet/ call center, gift shop, lounge, restaurant et cetera..
The restaurant staff is again impersonal and the restaurant has a bit of a cantina look-and-feel due to the selfservice, but the food was absolutely great and cheap too. Actually, as far as dinner goes, this restaurant is absolutely in our top three of all the restaurants/ eateries in India we had dinner as far as the taste and quality of the food goes!
Ow.. The place has a lovely garden to have breakfast!
