Positives: Aah the serenity - great value for money
Negatives: Reception can be standoffish
Good location, beautiful setting, room size adequate, clean everything, great cafeteria, easy to contact with regards to reservation. The air-conditioner worked, the two different rooms we stayed in were quiet. We also found the rates for aiport/train station drop off weren't that much more expensive for the hassle it saved (were actually the same price as the pre-paid voucher I believe), the prices (and stock variety) in the gift shop are even reasonable. Our only complaints were 1. The hot water takes 10 minutes to work 2. Some of the men at the reception were a bit hesitant to help. Would definitely stay here again - even over more expensive hotel chains
