Negatives: electricity is out across the town between 9 am and noon, so cold showers then
We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Shahi. It was a lovely hotel, with a great rooftop garden/restaurant. Loved the window seats. Our room was nice. No window - which for Rs 850 is a bit strange - but at least our sleep wasn't interrupted by the outside noise.
We were hesitant to book the camel safari - but did it anyway. It was lovely. The two activities prior to the safari were less than exciting, but the safari itself was great. Very nice guides. Got of beautiful photos.
