Staying there at the moment

staying there at the moment, really a great place. The food is backpacker orientated but very good none the less. Again a very friendly family run business, they also have a library where you can rent books for your stay (free).

Only downsides are it's right at the top of great hill away from the centre of Darjeeling, but that in turn means the views from the restaurant and rooms are supurb. and secondly the Bed is rock solid... could just be my room but I'm actually bruised from it!

The sqaut toilets are acutally okay they've added a western fitting to allow you to sit down... which is cool, manual flush though.
