I noticed that Kokopelli didn't include address, but I couldn't edit the previous post to add:

It is in the Grants building on Arthur Bunder Rd.

Kamal Mansion, also on Arthur Bunder Rd, has guest houses on three different floors if Maria's is full or doesn't appeal. I've been dragged here by touts in the middle of the night and at least got a decent sleep in a quiet, window-less room but don't remember which one, or on which floor . Nothing special, for sure.
