These guys were very helpful to me, as I ordered my train tickets online and had them delivered to the hotel prior to my arrival (they kept them in the safe for me), plus they arranged my airport pickup, which was great.

One downside was that I found my room to be very noisy, as sound from the entire hotel echoes up the stairwell into the other rooms. If they put some carpet or wall hangings or something in the stairwell it would probably dampen the noise a bit, but maybe that's a bit much to ask a Rs350 hotel.
