Stayed here for 5 days running into Xmas 2009. Other hotels in Harsha road were full.
The rooms are a decent size , reasonably clean , hot water at set times, fairly priced for the location and quality.

We had an extra mattress in the room, in the West an extra bed is not a mattress in the floor. Quite unusual for a hotel to sleep in the floor like in a dormitory !
From the A/C were coming out pigeons' feathers, lot of disturbances from the pigeons nesting just on the top of the A/C. My son had feathers all over the bed.

We stayed at the SCVDS for four days in late 2008 - it was cetainly a few steps up the ladder from a place we spent the previous night at just around the corner.
