At 2200 Rps double (includes taxes and breakfast) it's not great value, but it is a comfortable and clean place in a rather noisy area (train station, two well-traveled streets on each side--ask for a room away from the streets and up high). Surely the worst place I've been during 3 weeks trip in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Asked for the most expensive room, they didn't tell us they where renovating some suite and the working was so noisy during all the day you cannot stay in the room for a rest.
