We arrived after 10 hrs of travel and we loved our room when we saw it. It didn't bother me that there was a small bat flying around in the room however the next day when the fan was off the stench from bat poo was unbearable. If you like living a part of history I highly recommend this place. The Haveli itself is 200 years old and belongs to the Commander-in-Chief of the Bundi's Maharaja. The "Mehta" family headed by aging patriarchs Swatantra and Swadheen (both words mean "Freedom") will have loads of stories to tell you about how their father became ... read more »
