The rate is bargainable hence we got a room at just around 3500 INR per night- very good for the standard. Rooms are good with the usual amenities and food is good and compared to prices in a metro restaurant, here they are cheaper. Basic bed and room with attached shower, western toilet and a TV. We opted for non A/C (with view) but had a fan which was fine we were not to hot.

Monsoon, that too pouring rains were probably not the right time to visit Coorg. So this review might be a bit skewed becos of that.
The location is good. Not many humans around. Coffee plants and a lot of trees. Not a real jungle though, as it is a plantation.
