I enjoyed this, which had clean spacious rooms with hot water. The friendly owner was extremely helpful and gives everyone a free book, which he published,called "Jaipur for Aliens," which contains useful information for tourists.

This hotel was a welcome change from a number of crummy hotels we stayed at before coming here. The price was very reasonable for what you get, not dirt cheap, but certainly within the range of a budget traveler. We stayed here a couple of years ago when we returned to Jaipur at the end of our Rajasthan trip. Couldn't get a room at the Pearl Palace where we had stayed at the beginning of our trip so we tried the Sunder Palace. Great hotel,I thought the staff were top notch helpful.
The restauant is strictly Vegetarian and the food is just so so.Right around the corner is the Peacock restauarnt at the Hotel Pearl Palace...and it is really good.
