small hotel down a side street, has a working lift, is very clean and inexpensive. many restaurants and food kiosks around. open all night. stay is based on 24 hr. period., i.e. if you arrive at midnight you are billed on a 24 hr. basis. near to railway and bus stations. alot of auto rickshaws around. very clean and there are always attendants around to help. very friendly staff. well worth the money. a double room was 450, a single about 300, bath/toilet attached. hot water only from 6 am to 10 am. every room as cable tv. i stayed there for 10 days and found the hotel to be very comfortable and the staff very courteous and attentive. excellent for what it is, a budget hotel in Bangalore, which I had heard was suppose to be very expensive. There are alot of hotels there in this range. The room was not cramped but it wasn't huge either. ... read more »
