I stayed here for 6 nights in Nov. '08, and would gladly return. Current tariff was 40,000 (some rooms were more, some less) and worth every rupee. The top floor has spa services. I'm actually in Haridwar and unfortunatelly have booked and payed a room in Milap Mansion because was raining a lot and was complicate to move.... Cannot recommend to stay here, bathrooms are absolutelly dirty as almost everything in the hotel. They don't even have towels.... Avoid the place.
