One hotel deserves a special mention, the Manjeet Hotel in Bhopal. I sent an e-mail to them asking for their tarrif, and they replied. I then sent an e-mail booking the room and they sent an e-mail confirming my booking. Two weeks before my arrival, I sent an e-mail reconfirming my booking.

It is definitely not one of the cheapest places around, but compared with others it has reasonable rooms. The problems with the kitchen was that, when I paid I didnot got all the change, or gave me a lot of coloured money, which I only found out the other day.
