We stayed at Hotel Volga from 31st Dec 2010 to 3rd Jan 2010. The prices were reasonable @ Rs.750/-for a clean double room (non AC) . The Room was reasonably sized and we did not feel claustrophobic. The bed was comfortable for a family of 3, sheets clean and extra pillows and blankets given without a question.

The Sarovar Portico has well-appointed, clean rooms with good bathrooms. Its staff is friendly and helpful. It is more of a businessmans hotel, but very comfortable and well located for tourists. Its buffet breakfast is wonderful. And the restaurant has a good menu for other meals. You could ask for a "river view", otherwise ... read more »
